Possibly shoutcast but aint sure?

hi i aint sure if this is deff shoutcast hosting i need but its for freinds off mine. they run a dj website where they want to have a live radio station, but most off the sets will be prerecorded sometimes and would like to stream each set at a different time eg

dj 1 @ 6.30 - 7.30
dj 2 @ 7.30 - 8.30

what kind off hosting do i need so the dj's can upload there mixes to a server a day or two before and then each mix will play at that certain time / date requested.

also do you no any good compaines that would offer it?
