When Jan said to report posts, she didn't mean to send PM's to me or other mods, she meant to select the red and white hazard icon under the members name and report it that way,

so when someone click on report bad post you recive e-mail or pm ???

All mods receive an email report. Given the different time zones of the mods, one should respond fairly soon. If you PM someone to check a bad post, you may have to wait up to a week depending on which moderator you PMed.
