That's not bad. However, I don't like how the navigation links jump and make the menu block jump on rollover.

Nice. I would say change the banner, thats about it.

Nice. I like colors and layout. But you need to work on the logo as well. That is the face of web site. At least for me that is turbid.

It's a good try. It is nice if we look at it from an amateur's point of view. I am sorry. But that's how it is.

I also don't like the menu navigation, i would also change the header.

The design is ok for what you are using it for, i would also try and bring in couple more colors to the site as all it mainly has is "BLUE"

Ok, I think it could do with a more whiter colour for the background, and I wouldn't use the Green border of the yellow and orange table you have.

That's the main thing I've noticed. But aside from that, it's not too bad.
