Depends on the host really. You could have your own domain name hosted, or something like:

http://www.host.com/xx/yourname
http://www.host.com/~yourname
http://yourname.host.com

...etc.

FreeWebspace.net is the best place to find out.

If you do a search at Freewebspace.net, the results display what your url might look like. (I use the term 'might' because sometimes free hosts change)
