questions one should ask when searching for a ded. server?

hey guys, what im looking for are just questions i should be asking when searching for the right host for a dedicated server. just write down anything you can think of that you think is important to ask a possible host. thanks muchly.

Well the obvious are:

The stats on the server
How much bandwidth per month
How much space
The Price
Any additional things like cpanel licenses etc.
+ Features such as MySQL, php etc, u know the drill

Definitely get the stats, ask for the worst week if at all possible.
