I'm used to this..... I suck with graphics! Go PHP! Mby I can use GD to make all my images...I only wish.... Gona go hid in my corner "CGI / PHP / ASP Help"

It looks "incomplete" and is just a simple graphic so I won't review this. There really isn't anything to comment on at all to be honest.

Want to do that because if I make the whole set and everyone think it suxs(which proably happen) I'm stuck making a whole new set!

The graphic looks ok. It doens't fit well my IE browser when the Resolution is set at 800 X 600.

I would give you more of an opinion if you had more content in layout.
