Reliable Offshore Hosting Required!

Hey guys, i am in a search of reliable offshore hosting that allows filesharing discussion, torrent invites sharing forum like torrent-invites.com, ttinvite.com, etc.

My requirement is: 3 GB space and 100GB BW. with unlimited cpanel features.

Host must be in business for atleast 4 years.

Hi there, the quest for offshore hosting was presented in another post here just last month check dec26th i believe. and in this post they had a few offers..

which leads to my next question. what made everybody else
nervous about this post here but jump for the customer in the
other post. Same forum basicly same question just two different responses.

my budget is not so much as i have lost 3 years credit balance with stablehost.
I can pay 32$/year at the start.

You're really asking for quite a large amount of bandwidth for your budget. Typical sites won't use nearly that much. I can offer you 4GB of space and 20GB of bandwidth monthly for $3.95 per month. (The one year prepay price for this same plan is $39.95.) We have been in business for over 10 years. We're also not offshore, but if you aren't hosting anything illegal, I fail to see why offshore is a requirement.

Offers for unmetered/unlimited bandwidth are not permitted unless you're offering dedicated, not shared. This has been discussed before and the rules are still in effect.

Yeah, i also do not believe in unmetered/unlimited hosting. Such hosts usually went down within 3 or 4 months.
