[REQ] 50GB+, cPanel/WHM, Dedi/VPS

Ok, I'm having some trouble with my current host, and it looks like I'm going to need a new server. If I can get a VPS, that's good, but a Dedi is even better. Here is what I'm looking for:

50+GB Usable Disk Space
1TB Bandwidth (Unmetered 10Mb a plus)
cPanel/WHM (Fantastico a plus)
At least 3 IP's
512MB RAM
Fairly low processing power needed, a 2.4 Celeron is plenty.

I'll need full root access, of course, and it would be good if the DC allows IRC, though not required.

OS doesn't matter: Fedora, CentOS, Debian, all are fine.

I would like to do this for $75-85/month, can anyone do this?
