Request for free Reseller (WHM/cPanel)

Well am looking for a free reseller. I will be able to pay you once the site gets off its feet but as of now I don't have any money so I will be needing a free account. Here's what I will be needing:

Space: 3gb
Bandwidth: 20gb
WHM
cPanel (At least v10)
Able to upgrade to more space BW etc.
All other features unlimited (If possible but we can talk)
I can put a banner to your site (Link and not to big of a banner) on my site but not any of my customer's.

So like I said if I get enough customers and make enough money I will pay you. I will only be needing the free account for about a month until I get the money.
I am also looking for a partner in this so if you want to partner with me you will receive 35% of the profit (Depends on how much you help and we can talk it over)
