Either increase your budget or reduce your requirements. Also a VPS or a Dedi might be ideal for you.
 
yeah you are basically asking for an unlimited reseller account seeing how you want free upgrades. Evaluate your ACTUAL needs and post your requirements/budget again
 
Your requirements go up and budget goes down? For those requirements I'd look into getting a VPS instead or make your budget a bit higher...
 
installing a gameserver on the same machine with cpanel is bad news. You do not ever want to mix game servers with a webhosting machine

Nobody will give you a whole box for free to play with until you have the money to get one elsewhere.

That's just abusing in my books.
Plus, do you really need those 1000 gigs? Do you even have a website right now? Seems you dont, since you have no idea what you want.

Don't forecast your site will start using 1000gb per month from day 1.
Give it a few months, half a year if your starting form scratch and then some.

Start with a VPS and upgrade to a dedicated when you Really need to.
You'll save yourself 50 bucks per month for the first months.
 
Yes I have a website who gets 2-3 ddos attacks/day, and I make more than 100.000 pageviews/day. That's why I need a dedicated server. And in 20 days If my website will be up I'll make some $ from ads to pay the dedicated.
 
What are you hosted on right now?
shared, reseller or vps?

If indeed you do get those ddos attacks, its not only your website, but everyone hosted on the same server. Your host should do something about it.

my average transfer for 8 sites per 100k pageviews is 3.2gb // ~100gb/month

I'm on a VPS and have zero problems.
Look into a VPS solution instead of your dedicated.


Then again if you have a 30gb/100k pageviews ratio you must have lots of downloadable content. music/vids?
A large vps will probly not have enough space, and in that case, you have to go dedicated.

Now, remember that most (cheap) dedicated servers are unmanaged.
You get ddos'ed? You deal with it/fix it. The host will not do much about it.


Ah, and the last thing,
Did you ever receive a payment from advertising or you'r awating your first one?
Keep in mind it's mostly NET45 meaning you get paid 45days after the month finished.
So if you'r awaiting your october payment, it'll probly just come in the middle of december

Now I'm hosted on a reseller, If I put my domain name on that reseller after few days will crash again...

Not to many downloads I don't share files over 5 mb...

I made a deal with someone, and yes I get paid from 4 to 15 every month.
