I am searching for a free host with something of 100mb space (more is always welcome) and 1gb bandwidht or more, with ftp upload and no forum posting required.

Anyone know such a host?

You can get up to 100 MB at clubhost with 5 GB data transfer
with PHP, MySQL, and FTP uploads with no ads and no special
qualifying requirements at Clubhost.

By adding text links to your site, you can qualify for an increase
in web space to 250 MB and some of the account restrictions
loosened up.

By posting in our forum community regularily, you can qualify
for up to 500 MB of web space and many additional features.

The requirements really depend on how much space you want.
If you only want 100 MB as you stated then you don't have to
do another other than signup.
