I never actually completed the download. Just started it, found the speed, and cancelled it.

For some reason, that is very suspicious to me. Because how can a VB program be 1.6 MB, the average is 46 KB!
 
I used VB3 to create that program.
I have no idea. I added text on it and compiled it. It was 1.6MB.
