*sigh* Hosting wanted... cPanel only!!!

*sigh* Another company down... Well, I need hosting again for my site... I have 3 different "sections" for my site. A blog, a game company, and a PS3 download site.
Criteria:
-I choose where to place ads... I can place on all pages on the bottom or top except the blog. Non intrusive, google preffered.
-No posting
-1-3gb of space
-5gb of bandwith
-10 mysql(Wordpress, maybe forum, mailing list)
-4 FTP(me and my friends to work edit it)
-10 Mails(certain people)
-4 subdomains preffered
-2 parked domains(addon would work)
-Fantastico
-cPanel

Yea, I'm picky... I hate banners in general so link backs are preffered but ads will work if I choose.

Downtime wont happen? Even if a plane crash's in to the datacenter?


jundis I could offer you something with directadmin, Anyreason why it "must" be cpanel?
Surely hosting speed ect means more than something you wont even use when your sites up?
My directadmin even has a script installer.. Installs all the same scripts as Fantastico

There is always a chance of downtime. But, some hosts work harder than others to keep that from happening. 99-100% uptime looks good to most people

you cant predict if there will or wont be downtime man. i wouldnt guarantee anything like that. there is always something that could cause it. yeah, you might get it back up quickly, but, there is plenty of instances that could cause downtime that you may not have control over. just a suggestion for your future offers.

might want to be a little more conservative with the space and bandwidth you are offering for free. if you arent careful, you wont last in this game.
