Small Hosting - 50mb/5gb - Low budget

Hello,

After looking through the web for a host i failed finding one who is offering small packages. All the "big" sites such as hostgator IXwebhosting have realy big packages , which I won´t need and I know they aren´t possible to create such huge packages for their prices.

Now I ended up here. I have a portfolio www.in-ess.net . It displays my Webdesigns and some information about me. Acctualy it´s hosted on a free host.

The problem with that free host is that they don´t have smtp/sendmail, which I need for my contact form to work properly.

A small conclusion of what I need:

-50mb Space
-5 GB bw
-PHP 4 or higher
-SMTP/Sendmail
-POP3 / 1 E-Mail Acc
-Adding my Domain (in-ess.net)

And well that´s what I can think about for now , not more needed at all no mySQL databases, since i won´t use any.

Hope some people can make me a nice offer. I would prefer paying with PayPal and doing a 1 Year Payment in front .

Until now I am very satisfied with them. I´ve had no downtimes (at least i didn´t notice them). The server speed is amazing - I´ve a faster connection then to most of the sites hosted here in Germany and a friend from ukraine also says the connection is pretty fast. Recommended !!!
