Small VPS needed for backups only

Hello all, I need a small VPS to host my cpanel backups. I will not be using the VPS for any website, I'll only be FTP'ing backups from my server over to the new VPS.

Heres my requirements:
100mhz-200mhz CPU (Very Small)
64mb - 128mb RAM
15gb-20gb disc space
50gb-100gb bandwidth
No control panel
Root Access
No file size limits on FTP
Semi-Managed

Budget: I have not a clue what to offer for a backup vps. I've seen VPS's with these kind of specs go for between $5 and $15 a month, so thats where I'll place my budget, $5-$15 a month.
