And I didn't make the gel effect(I think your refering to the background pic of the logo?), xsnetwork did. I can only make decent logos if the background is provided for me, otherwise, I suck --- at it.

Great color scheme and logo - I'd say that you should work on the navigation bar a bit. Make them images as well!

Splash would look better if the Times New Roman font wasn't at the bottom.
