Please recommend a host that has fast, reliable and IM support like Sonichost.net. So sad to know they're leaving.

not many host's use im's anymore there was a time you'd go a hosts website and they would make you fully aware of the fact they use an IM ... not many do anymore puzzles me as to why as most clients prefer it, i know our clients do....

i think robert at http://www.verohost.com uses im's.

i work for a host and am always on AIM or MSN, i admin for them so basically i could help you with your troubles if i am not in class learning .

We also have support forums, and i am available on IRC.
