My names Cal, I thought I'd post this and mabye get lucky. I am in need of some help from mainly skin designers. I have just started up a site/forum all about vB, phpBB, IB, php-Nuke, other portal skin/theme designs.
I am looking for people who have extra time that want to join and help create skins. Most projects will be freeware however we can arrange certain special projects for a fee.
