starting a server, will my cable provider mind?

I just called them and they said I will not qualify as a commercial site unless I have more than ten employees working for me. I'm still a little "iffy" but he said I can host whatever I want :)
 
and people arent really employes unless u pay them , so I guess u can have as many peoples work on ur site as long as u dont pay them :)
 
Lol, the guy said it is just to avoid people with buisnesses trying to connect 200 people to one line. I say if you have 200 employees you could easily afford a t1 at least.
