Hello,
I am figuring out the optimal hosting plan for Subversion hosting.
What I need is ability to host many small, seldom-used repositories. I.e., relatively much disk space, I suppose 50-100Gb for a start, 100-200Gb of traffic.
Perhaps the ideal solution would be custom VDS plan with 128-256Mb of RAM and much disk space. Could someone suggest anything?
Any other type of hosting is also considered, if offered; however I doubt that shared hosting plans would tolerate svn server processes, even if they create low traffic and little server load.
I should be able to add resources to the plan without re-creating/transferring all the repositories.
Thanks.
