TF2 Server With 16 slots

TF2 in particular.
I tried running it on a Xen VPS with 1GB of RAM and 20GB of hard drive.
It would load partway... and then locked up the VPS.
You're not going to get anything for free that meets the requirements to actually work well for this. TF2 relies on the Source engine, and is rather heavy on the server.

1GB of RAM is the absolute minimum requirements on a dedicated server. No way you are going to get that for free.
