For the same reasons as Jan, I warn you against using foreign hosts. They also often prove to be very unreliable. Hearing that they've had these features for only 2 days, I am not at all convinced, even if the host has been up for 1 year.

Can you not read English or something? Without even looking at the sign-up page itself (the blanks should give you MAJOR clues), I can figure out what almost all of those things are. And I've never learned German, BTW.

Well, I wouldn't worry too much about a host being "foreign". A lot of the State's free ad-free hosts have gone under, too. If anything, I'd have some faith in German hosts usually known for reliability. I'm gonna give them a shot.

if you have enough wirths, you can get your webspace.

you HAVE NOT TO PAY for your webspace.
