Know somebody that works for microsoft and have them get you a copy for around $1 plus about $15-20 shipping. But since the odds of that or low, Search http://pricewatch.com for it, you will probably find an OEM and will have to buy some hardware with it, but even after that it should be cheaper than anywhere esle.
