How I build a city: I start out with the zoning and all the basics. The landfill must be plotted in the industrial area. I keep spending the way it is, at preset levels then when the city gets enough money either from the casino or prision I build and then I increase the budget. Then I start zoning out. To get a fast spur I take out about two $25,000 Loans or more even, but I keep the city mainly in the black. Once I take out those loans I use that money to build more high density commerical and residental sectors and only that with civil services.

That plan never fails me.

I started a city last night, right now, it's 1, 023, 689 pop.

And it's only half of all the high desity zooning I did.

I thought i'd give SC3000 another try (last time I tried it i just didn't like the graphics, when compared to SC2000), so I borrowed it last night.

Now I personally don't know who is right nor do I care but I don't want to see any more comments like your prior ones. If you don't like their comment then ignore it, don't reply to it in a rage. Being in a bad mood or having a bad day is one thing but you can't apologize for being in a bad mood to then turn around and continue to tell people to: "STFU or to f off"

No offense toefur, is there something wrong with your video card? SimCity3000 graphics are 400 times better than SimCity2000.
