Transfer files from Netfirms

I have a client that is a current member of NetFirms, he wants to switch how would I transfer all the files to a cPanel server

i don't really know much about netfirms, but if they have ftp, the simplest way is to download all the files and re-upload it again to the new server (if the size isn't too big).

Netfirms have FTP access? If so use a ftp process to move all those files to the new server.
