u69.us name changed!!!??

We've changed the name and web address from U69.US to
CLUBHOST.US. This is only an address change and nothing more.

There is no change in service other than the URL address to
access this forum community. The change is mainly so that
people will stop asking me if "U69.US" is some sort of porn site.

We have no intention of using the "clubhost.us" domain with
member hosting accounts. Member sites will continue to use
the same addresses they are using currently.

Even after it changed if you have an account with them you can still keep the u.69.us part of it.

like you can still have somename.u69.us for your URL.
 
yeah when they changed from amz to u69 i thought they got hacked by a pornmaster (69 position and all) but boy was I wrong:confused2 but @ least i didn't mail them about it lol
 
I kind of like the u69.us name. Its a funny joke in itself and is always easy to remember because it sounds just like saying you 69 us
 
Okay, I am the head administrator over at clubhost.us
so here it is from the horses mouth so to speak ...

We changed the name and web address at U69 because
a number of people were making the mistake of assuming
we were some kind of porn site when we are actually a
FREE hosting service.

To clear up the confusion, we change our primary domain
from u69.us to one of the other domains we own, clubhost.us.

THERE IS NO CHANGES IN THE SERVICE WHATSOEVER
OTHER THAN THE CHANGE IN THE SERVICE NAME.

The specifications and features for all web hosting accounts
will not be changed and continue exactly the same.

All accounts will continue to use the same address they
have currently. In fact, we WILL NOT be issuing any new
hosting accounts using the "clubhost.us" domain (see below).

Instead of just simply u69.us, members with subdomain
accounts will now get a choice of u69.us, sites4.us, kisses4.us,
iict.net, amzweb.net or cybertoad.org as the domain
for their account.

Those who own their own domains can also use their own
domain instead of one of the above listed domain names.

Actually KISSES4.US has always been available and is not
really a new addition. That one is actually a special request
and currently used by only two web sites and both are run
by girls that made sites dedicated to their boyfriends.

The most popular is the default "U69.US" primarily because
it is the shortest name we've got and can also be used
with ANY hosting provider.

CYBERTOAD.ORG was actually used with the service several years
ago and put on the sideline when AMZ originally took over
but it is now being made available again for hosting accounts.

AMZWEB.NET was used as the default domain when the
service was directly under AMZ. This was later replaced by
U69.US when the service was spun off on it's own. We're
now making this name available once again.

IICT.NET is a new addition and gives an alternate short name
choice to u69.us.
