Using arguments from a c++ program in a c program

Does anybody know know how to take arguments from a program in c++ and use them in a c program?

Depends on how the C++ program was written. If it doesn't use any of the ++ extensions then it will be just like a C program. Is this a Windows program? Does it use MFC?
