To anyone who is currently with Valuablehost-

Have you been able to email them (admin or support) or contact them in any way? Are the forums up anywhere? I'm asking because I need to know the path to my home directory and the path to sendmail! Can someone please help?!

I believe the path to your document root is

/usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/yourdomain.tld/httpdocs/

VH site is down, along with the forums and have been all week. Now there are DNS problems as well. Emailing them is useless. I sent then emails all last week with no response and now my emails are getting bouced back due to the DNS problems.

edit: ooops it's not. just my main domain my subdomains work. how come???? i know that my main domain has the most bandwidth
