What do you mean "owned" every vB license is owned. vB There's no copyright removal option. Peo can not check licenses. The staff at vB will ensure the transaction is legit before moving the license to you.

What do you mean "owned" every vB license is owned.

At the 3.x version you could buy a version for a year and then remove/buy vbulletin again or you could buy an owned version which was a bit more expensive but you could keep using it, but no longer update it after a year.

I have 2 vBulletin 3.8.6. licenses that are owned.
Thats why I asked.
