Very concerned about Invisionhost

Does anyone know what's going on with InvisionHost (http://invisionhost.com )? Yesterday they deleted a thread in their forum, where a few customers were questioning the unannounced sudden delay in server move. Today I noticed some customers posted a new thread asking why it was deleted. Soon afterwards, they disabled the entire forum. (http://forums.invisionhost.com ). I've tried logging in with my ID to no avail, and all the forum that used to be listed in the dropdown menu have disappeared. There is no announcement made.

Is this a red flag? I was already starting to recommend them to friends and colleagues but now I'll take back my recommendation until I can be confident of their business practice.

I know. None of those posts really say much about how they are or who they are. I want to hear opinions on what is going on right now as what happened lately is starting to make me nervous. They post offers in this forum so I can't possibly be the only InvisionHost customer on this board? Any hosts out there that can shed some light too?

Also, their new server said "Surrender Online" in the FTP status bar, which is another host, but they have re-named it after some customers asked about it.

Invisionhost

Hi,
It was a misconfigured IP problem.

Yes Surrenderonline are in the same NAC datacentre.

So is httpme.com and a few others.

Both are great Aussie Hosting Companies!

They all have different dedicated boxes, across many
different datacentres.

You could problably tracert a few host and find them in either
dv2.net or in nac.net or even ev1.net

You'll will notice we use a different IP range now and the newserver is running like a dream!

RED flag has been dv2.net's downtime in last two months, it's not acceptable by our standards and we listen to our clients complain and have made the tough decision to move.

Here's the tracert for you
