Can anyone tell me more about Melbourne IT from a reliability standpoint? Such as their ability to secure a domain, and their responsiveness to customers. For instance, I've heard some nightmare stories about some registrars that basically takeover some else's domain, lock them out or even attempt to sell it. I have heard no such stories about Melbourne IT but I really don't know much about them.

My Fiancee's dad has a domain with them for a number of years now and they have been good to him. Always fast with replies etc. So, based on what he said, they seem pretty ok.

There is more than 1 registrar in Australia, Melbourne IT might be secure but so are the rest..
