Im looking for a VPS with Win2003 Web Edition
BW: 200GB+
Space: 60GB
RAM: 512mb (or more)
Port: 10mbps+
Management: Yes

Location: Europe (Germany, around that area is OK. But id love Norway or anywhere in Scandinavia)

Budget? Around $100 USD.

Have you checked with SolarVPS? They are GREAT! I know they have servers in the US and UK, but the UK nodes were sold out a couple weeks ago and I am not sure if they got a new node in yet or not.

The prices with SolarVPS are a bit higher than other hosts, but they truly are awesome!
