Wanted: Dedicated Server

Okay, I first ask that you please be leniant with me. I would like the first 3 months to be free, as I need to get my host setup on the server before I can begin making proffit, plus I need to get my adsense earnings.
Here's what I need:
80-160 GB
512-1000 mb of RAM
At least 200 GB of Bandwidth
Root Access
99.9 % Uptime
Linux
cPanel + WHM
Root Access
Budget: $50 - $125 a mo. , will pay after 3 months (read above)
 
I'd like something like that too, but the most I've seen is 1 month free. That probably is enough to get everything up actually, if you think about it. But good luck though.
