I would like to hire a designer to build x2 websites for me.
One of them is a anime/manga website.
The other one is a drama review website.
If I am happy with your pricing and work for the first project, we will proceed to the 2nd project.
What I expect from the designs/designer:

1. Professional looking (i.e not amateurish)
2. It will be ideal if the designer has some knowledge of Japanese anime/manga. However, it is not necessary as long as you are a great designer.
3. I may ask for changes during your design. You must be willing to make changes during the process.
4. The sites should be mainly in html/css. However, I will ask for some Flash elements (e.g. intro) in the page.
5. Communication must be great. The reason why I am looking for a new designer is that my last designer has taken >3 months so far with one of my projects and now he has disappeared into thin air.
What I will consider as professional sites:

http://www.absoluteanime.com/
What I don't like:
http://www.animewallpapers.com/
http://www.theotaku.com/ (looks like just a standard blog)
