I am looking for a software by which I can access to wapsites?
Do you have any idea about this?

You mean a WAP Site? Here in the USA, WAP has suffered greatly, and isn't used much, if at all anymore:

The adoption of WAP in the US has suffered because many cell phone providers require separate activation and additional fees for data support, and also because telecommunications companies have sought to limit data access to only approved data providers operating under license of the signal carrier.

In recognition of the problem, the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) issued an order on July 31, 2007 which mandates that licensees of the 22-megahertz wide "Upper 700 MHz C Block" spectrum will have to implement a wireless platform which allows customers, device manufacturers, third-party application developers, and others to use any device or application of their choice when operating on this particular licensed network band.[18][dead link] [19]

WAP sites aren't really used any more because of the quality of browsers that phones have these days. They can browse full websites just as your PC can.
 
WAP is good for only a few reasons, which get implemented on just about any website anyway.
Basically, WAP sites were introduced for smaller screen sizes, less to NO images or image based design. And generally had less information and more pages.

IMO, good news everyone! It's basically DEAD now. Which means that there are no more morons trying to create a new HTML just for portable devices, now it is the same HTML ^_^
 
I think no software is available for this purpose because now a days you can browse any site from your cell phone.
 
WAP gives a lot: correspondence in chats, forums. It gives various tools: acquaintances, SMS sending, reading of your mail, news and so on. Really, WAP has already led a high-grade and developing life for a long time. However, certainly, in order to create and use your own WAP, a site should exist in the Internet.
