Not sure if anyone can custom this.

I am hopefully trying to start a gaming community. I am going to have a forum with I am guessing many users, posts etc. I will have Real time stats scripts for game servers, Detailed stats, and maybe small downloads.

I am looking for something with
1-3 Gig WebSpace
50+ Bandwidth.
PHP
MYSQL
PERL(for detailed stats for game servers, I may not need this though.)
Cpanel prefered.
I would love unlimited MYsql space and or DBs but whatever money can buy.

My current budget would be about 1-10 dollars a month. I have found the following stuff but they limit DB in MySQL or something like that. I am just seeing what is out there.

50+ GB transfer a month is likely to need a virtual-dedicated/dedicated server. With that budget, do expect move hosts from time to time.
 
Well I have seen 100-300gig on shared hosting, not for 10 bucks but I was just seeing what others had to offer. Like I said, It has not been started yet, so I don't really have a exact idea on exactly how much bw is needed.

between 10-25 gig of BW, with easy option to upgrade if needed.
