Where to find the lowest price of Cpanel license for server?

If you're after an external license, a.k.a. one not sold by a datacentre then its 55 dollars per month no matter where you buy it.

Yes, $55 for external license but I think I saw a cheaper license somewhere. However I Am not sure.

For inside datacenter, many of them charge $20

This is from softwareworks.com , it says internal license. I dont think they give servers on rent so what does internal license mean here ?

Yes we offer cpanel at reasonable prices for dedicated and shared/reseller hosting.

I had to call each reseller one by one

To get the best price, you have to call each reseller one by
one. There is no particular logic to this. Local or reseller closer to
you does not mean they are cheaper. Actualy you may even pay
more due to sales tax.
