What I need:

50-100mb space
At least 10 gig or more bandwidth per month
File upload of at least 2mb
Yearly pricing plan, NOT per month (payable through PayPal)
99.5% Uptime
FTP Upload

Service MUST be reliable and not close or crash, the last two free hosts I had went down.

I work on my site via Adobe GoLive, so as long as there is FTP Upload I am fine.

Also, if I could purchase a domain from the same host (if possible) that would be great, if not then I shall get a domain elsewhere.

If more info is needed let me know and I'll post whatever is necessary.

I'd say anywhere from $20-40, only since I don't really need a lot of bandwidth, as compared to huge packages that cost a lot.

Sorry, if you are referring to me, as seen on my site, the plan includes 10 gb of bandwidth which is what the original poster requested. The plan which I posted and now I have edited, I had made a mistake before and missed a 0 at the end. Sorry about that.
