now i'm using the Trap17's freewebhost,(trap17.com) as you can see that the speed of it is slow.and i always paid more time on the forums of trap17 day by day.

i just need a host like that:

mysql and php

You might try www.ez1web.com : they offer free space and they've been around a long time--very stable.

Their's is the only free service I've used, so I can't speak to any other free hosters, but be warned that many simply faded into the night--for obvious reasons. Giving away the store is not a good business plan.
