50Megs space,FTP,3gb bandwith!!!

Hi,
i need a host with the following :

50-100mb space
FTP(This is a must)
NO ADS(pop-unders/pop-ups/text links etc are ok)
at least a 5mb file size limit!!!
around 3-5 gigs of monthly bandwith
speed doesnt have to be really fast but not to slow
not host.sk(cant get subdomain working) or gizba.com

What sort of files are you looking to have hosted?
You should know that most hosts don't allow Hotlinking.

But has what you want. The Dhtml ad is annoying but you can't do anything.
