I'm looking for a dedicated server with the following features :

P4 2.8 - 3.2 ghz
Linux Based
120 GB HDD and UP
1024 mb DDR Ram
10 mb unmetered transfer (Unmetered Bandwidth)
100 Mbit Port
centOS
cPanel/WHM/Fantastico
Semi/Fully Managed
Remote Reboots
2-8 IP's
And The hoster must accept Paypal
I must be able to create reseller accounts and shared hosting accounts on it as well
I would like the Datacenter to Be Located in Canda or the US

The Ram and Disk Space should be upgradeable should I feel the need to upgrade in the future.

My Budget for the above is around $ 99/mo with preferably no setup fees.

As NetCafe said, I really don't think you will be getting what you want for that little price. You might be able to get a Celeron processor, with half a gig of ram and metered bandwidth for that price.

Will i be able to create Shared hosting accounts and reseller accounts on it?
Does it have the Mod_layout installed on it?
Can it Insert a Advertsiment on all Pages of the website with the mod_layout?

Me and Netcafe work out of our home DC in Iowa or the server can be put in the SAAVIS datacenter in Houston texas.

The server I am offering you is housed in Savvis.

I do not have a gmail but if you would like to chat, please visit our forum where you can catch me and use our chatroom.

We have a few servers and ALL of them are on 10mbps. :)
