I found a rather quick Chinese FWS provider:

Someone could help out translating the signup page.

They seem to be good, considering that some accounts I've encountered have full .iso copies of CD's (i.e. Windows XP, to mention one of many).

Well, I downloaded alot of games from there long time ago. Now, i don't go there cause there are many useless games now.
