and not because your traffic is not from USA.

Yep, If you had done that with any other ppc network then they would have banned you aswell. This is against most, if not all of their TOS.

Well that still doesn't explain them banning me and I want clear answers or my account unblocked.

If you have a spare domain name that you aren't using park it at www.sedo.com and they pay you per click, and payouts are min $20. They pay via paypal or via mail.
 
Well I have replied and awaiting my accoutn to be unblocked. Well if I get paid soon by bid when my account is unsuspended I will be happy and forget the misunderstanding =D
