I have two clear favorites about live support chats. A paid chat, and also rather expensive one for a small company, is Kayako. Their plans start from $29/mo per staff members and $599 when hosted on your servers.

Purechat is definitely my favorite from free support chats. You have to add a small code to the pages you want and you will have a control panel for the chat on their website.

Comm100 Live Chat is a good option. It's easy to set up and use.

I prefer livezilla but lately they decided to make it a paid software. It doesn't surprised me because it's a great software.
