This user also pulled the same thing on my server as well. Attempted to send 100,000 emails in the course of 4 hours. Luckily it was caught in time. He's been terminated.

He also uses the name: RADL Promotion and Ildebrando Lopez.

Thanks for the heads up. Our WHMCS MaxMind billing system flagged him as being fraudulent and we requested for his identification document but he didn't respond even after 3 days, so we assumed he most probably was a spammer.
