I dunno. Namecheap (from the same group of eNom) accepts Bitcoin for domain registration, shared hosting and even dedicated servers. So I guess it should not be as troublesome as well.
You can't say that only phishers, etc use BitCoins. Infact, its better to your use BitCoins, since if someone abuse your service you do not have to refund them and they cannot file a dispute or chargeback (in case of Paypal/Credit Card) so less hassle for you.
