Chillisoft ASP is not compatible with Red Hat Linux as far as I know.

I assume you have little or no experience with Linux, but if you want to jump into the hosting category, perhaps a reseller account or a managed dedicated server would help you best.

Do you know where i can Learn About being a Hoster ? I Know a little of Linux i have A Red Hat 9 Linux Box on my home and i have a lot of friends that Knows Linux, so i think it wont be a problem the SSH

Well you might want to get a book on how to run a linux server, from bind, to a ftpd and apache. I'd suggest asking around at www.webhostingtalk.com

I am planning to Spend a max of $199/mont with Cpanel 7 and all that Config. (With a P4 2.4 or greater) :chinese2:
