it loads so slowly that i gave up - didn't even look at it

The logo should be the very top thing on the page, not in-line with the tables, the columb with nav and content should be at the same height and the text font in the center column needs to be changed.

thakns for the reviews,ill fix all that soon, pcpAGes is really slow at the moment.. ill find a new host
