Creation Of Blogs on Vbulletin 3.0.8

hey der i have a vbulletin 3.0.8 but now i wont to extend with blogs for the user.. So tht each user in the forums can have a creation of blog option also.. How do i go about it. Could u suggest a compatible 1 to vbulletin 3.0.8
