Reliable host needed!! Look inside!

Hi, Gerard here.
I'm making a site for some testing, projects, and some of the work I have. Some how, its like a portfolio.

I need somewhere around

• 250MB space <- the higher, the better. but, i can stick to this one

• Around 1GB bandwith <- it would be great if you have anything more

• PHP and MySql. Maybe 3 or so databases. <- please and thanx

• CPanel <- please let it be CPanel!

• FTP <- this too please

I don't really like Instant Activation hosts. Most probably some post2hosts, or linkback ads, or maybe a img link. As long as it proves its reliability. And, if the host has been around for quite some time, that would be really nice too!
